I am currently serving in the British Armed Forces and have been for the past 20 years. My job is catering for the army, ensuring that the soldiers are fed well with 3 square meals per day. I have to ensure that they recieve the correct nutrition in order for them to be fit to fight. I enjoy teaching young chefs to become champions in competitions. Many people ask me for recipes so they can entertain at home. I then thought about writting a cook book for housewives which i am doing now. I damaged my back 11 years ago now and because of my healthy eating plan I have managed to have a full career in he army.
